Our top priority is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience. We work extremely hard to ensure that. We offer simple and affordable shipping options for all orders worldwide.
1. Processing Time
After your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we will begin the processing procedure.
Usually, orders are processed and handed over to our courier within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or for high-demand models, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you in advance if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Method & Carrier
We ship all timepieces via DLC Express (or the DLC courier service), selected for its speed, reliability, and specialization in high-value items.
Every shipment is fully insured and handled with the utmost care.
A signature upon delivery is required — the recipient must be an adult present at the delivery address.
3. Insurance & Coverage
Each watch shipped through us is automatically covered by insured transit protection, from the moment it leaves our facility until you receive it.
In case of loss, damage, or theft during transit, we will coordinate with the insurer to arrange either a full replacement (if available) or a full refund of your purchase price (subject to the insurer’s assessment).
Please inspect the package in front of the delivery agent. If you see signs of tampering, damage, or irregularities, please refuse delivery or note your concerns before accepting and immediately notify us.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Once the package departs our facility, delivery typically occurs within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes (for international orders).
We will provide tracking information once the shipment is dispatched, so you can follow its journey in real time.
5. Shipping to Alternate Address / PO Boxes
For security and fraud prevention, we prefer to ship to your billing address by default.
If you wish to ship to an alternate address, you must contact your issuing bank (or credit card provider) and authorize an “alternate shipping address” before we dispatch your watch.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other unverifiable addresses.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We support international deliveries, subject to local customs rules, import duties, and taxes. These additional charges are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will mark the package as “High-Value Watch / Gift / Sample” as required, but cannot guarantee how customs officials will assess duties.
When shipping internationally, the processing and transit time may be extended due to customs clearance delays.
7. Multiple Items / Special Cases
For orders containing multiple watches or exceptionally large packages, we may use multiple shipments or upgraded packaging for safety. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust shipping logistics and will alert you in advance if any change is necessary.
If a model is rare, fragile, or in high demand, we may apply special handling procedures. We will inform you prior to shipment if that is the case.
8. Loss, Damage & Claims
In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, if missing).
Save all packaging, photographs of the watch and external box, and any damage evidence. We will submit a claim to our insurer on your behalf.
Once the insurer approves the claim, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund (purchase price + shipping), in accordance with our insurance policy.
9. Cancellation & Change of Shipping Instructions
Before an order is dispatched, you may request cancellation or change of shipping address. We will accommodate if processing has not yet begun.
Once your watch is in transit with the courier, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
10. Contact & Support
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and courier details.
